1. What kind of wax are the candles made with?
We use a soy blend.
2. How do I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch before or after every burn and be sure to remove any wick trimmings from the wax. Allow your candle to melt fully to the edge of the container and keep lit no longer than 4 hours at a time. Keep candles away from moving air. The flame will be disturbed if your candle is near an open window or fan, which can result in soot build up around the container. Discontinue use when 1/4 of an inch of wax remains. Failure to properly care for your candle can result in serious injury or fire hazard. Properly caring for your candle will allow your candle to burn for longer!
3. How long will my candle burn for?
9oz candles have a 25 hour burn time and 4oz candles have a 14 hour burn time. This may vary depending on candle care and how long you light your candle for each time.
4. How long will it take to ship out my candles?
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order and get them sent out. Once a package is shipped, tracking information and any delays are out of our control. Deliveries may be delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic and record-breaking shipping volumes. If you feel your package has been lost in transit, please contact USPS with your name and tracking number.
5. Is there free shipping?
We have a $5 flat rate shipping fee and we offer free shipping on orders to the contiguous U.S. on orders over $40.
6. Am I able to return an item or receive a refund?
We will offer order cancellations and refunds up until the product has been marked as "shipped." We do not offer refunds once a package is marked as delivered by USPS. If you are unsatisfied or have any questions about your product upon receiving it, please contact us and we will work with you to make things right.
